1. Is food shipped weekly for the 30-day program? when will it arrive?
Yes, for the full plan local boot camp it arrives every 5 days to your door. This service is limited to San Diego. We hope to expand in the near future.
2. Is everything included when making the recipes on my own?
If you join the recipe meal plan challenge, each week you will log into find out your new detox meal plan, with recipes to follow and food ordering guide along with a grocery list to make shopping for your ingredients simplified.
3. Is the food stored in the fridge or freezer?
The food will stay fresh for five to seven days, refrigerated. Since everything is made so fresh with such clean ingredients, we recommend you store the juices, smoothies, and soups in your freezer; and thaw each day before consuming to maintain great taste and extended freshness.
4. What is the boot camp challenge?
The boot camp challenge is a full guided challenge that you will take on your own following Melanie's daily video Hiit workouts and if you upgrade to the full meal delivery and boot camp challenge then you will also receive your meals done for you so that all you have to do is follow the plan and watch the results come!
5. How soon can i expect to see results on the 30 day boot camp?
While every body and metabolism is a bit different, we tend to notice most clients who follow the meal plan and workout plan every single day with ZERO exceptions or variations to Chef Melanie's program, usually lose an average of 1 pound per day. This also means that you need to continue to challenge yourself in the workouts, by following melanie's breaking and work period structure, ensuring you are getting the best caloric burn from each workout. Along with precisely following the meal plan and fasting program each day with your *fasted* workout, you will see just as amazing results as our other customer transformations and we can't wait to see yours!
6. Will my card be charged if i join the free trial?
No. Your card will not be charged until after the first 7 days, after which you will be charged for the program tier you select, and you will be enrolled in the 30 day challenge. You have the entire week to decide if you want to join and can cancel at any time before the 7 days.

The 7 day free shred challenge is a full guided challenge that you will take following Melanie's video Hiit workouts and recipe meal plan for 7 days.
